TouchMenu AI is the AI platform from the team behind TouchMenu — hospitality software trusted by 150+ hotels worldwide over seven years in the industry. We build practical AI tools that solve real operational problems for properties, not generic chat.

Our three products — TouchBot (an AI concierge chatbot), the Rating Widget (in-stay guest feedback), and the AI F&B Menu (dynamic digital menus with upsell) — share one platform and connect to the property management, point-of-sale, payment, and review systems hotels already run, through the TouchMenu Content API.

Everything is built EU-first: GDPR-compliant data handling, EU hosting, and per-property data isolation. The goal is simple — help every property give guests a better experience while lifting satisfaction and revenue.
